Jason Triolo

I’m Jason, a Philadelphia-based travel advisor and the founder of Travel by Triolo. I bring a global perspective and a detail-focused approach to helping people plan trips that feel personal, well considered, and easier to enjoy.

Before launching my travel business, I spent more than 15 years coordinating operations and logistics for government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and large corporations, with a particular focus on inclusion of people living with disabilities. That work taught me how to manage moving pieces, anticipate practical needs, communicate clearly, and stay attentive to the details that shape someone’s experience. I now bring those same habits to travel planning, from the first conversation through the final arrangements.

My own life has taken me across borders in a different way. I’ve lived in eight countries and traveled to 35 more, earned degrees in the U.S. and U.K., and spent more than a decade in Australia before returning to the United States in 2025. Those experiences have made me curious about how people live, what makes a place distinctive, and the connections that can grow when we meet the world with openness.

I especially enjoy working with travelers who want a trip to reflect what matters to them, whether that means discovering a new city, spending meaningful time with loved ones, celebrating a milestone, or simply taking a break that feels restorative. Some clients arrive with a clear vision; others know only that they want to go somewhere and need help finding the right shape for the journey. I listen first, ask thoughtful questions, and build plans around each traveler’s interests, pace, comfort, and priorities.

Inclusion is part of that process from the beginning. I strive to listen without assumptions, respect each traveler’s identity and needs, and help people feel welcomed and considered as we plan. Travel should make room for the full person taking the trip. My goal is to bring care, organization, and curiosity together so you can feel confident about the details and focus on what you hope to experience.
