Travel Research and Planning Fee Agreement

This Planning Fee Agreement (“Agreement”) together with the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) at https://www.rainbowgetaways.net/terms-conditions are:

 

BETWEEN: Rainbow Getaways LLC (“Agency,” “our,” “us,” or “we”)

 

AND: You (“you” or “your”)

 

(each a “Party” and, together, the “Parties”).

 

The Parties agree as set out below.

 

This Agreement becomes effective upon the earlier of: (1) your written, digital, or electronic signature or other acceptance; (2) your payment of Planning Fees; or (3) your Booking, payment toward, or use of Travel Services. The Agreement will terminate upon the earlier of your Trip’s completion or a Party’s written notice of termination to the other Party.

 

Capitalized words not defined in this Agreement have meanings as set out in the Terms.

 

GENERAL TERMS

 

Our custom travel planning fees (“Planning Fees”) are based on the complexity of your Trip.

 

Planning Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and in addition to the cost of your travel, your travel insurance, and other third-party costs, all of which will be paid separately by you.

 

You agree to: (1) carefully read and understand the Terms, your Trip Documentation, and all correspondence between you and us regarding your Trip; (2) notify us promptly, and in any event within 24 hours from your receipt, of any errors or omissions in your Trip Documentation; (3) contact us to arrange your Trip sufficiently prior to travel dates to ensure availability, avoid late-Booking fees, and avoid fare increases; (4) make all deposits and payments per the schedules and dates set out in your Trip Documentation; and (5) review, remain aware, and remain up-to-date regarding travel warnings relating to your Trip by accessing the U.S. governmental travel advisory sites, as set out in the Terms.

At Rainbow Getaways, we offer three levels of support based on your trip type. Whether you're crafting a multi-destination adventure or keeping it simple with a resort escape, I'll provide the right level of support to make your vacation seamless.

Planning fees cover my professional services: research, itinerary design, and booking coordination. All travel costs (flights, accommodations, activities, etc.) are separate and paid directly by you.

Signature

Starting at $297 per household

​

For multi-destination trips and complex itineraries

 

Perfect for travelers exploring multiple cities, countries, or regions with customized day-by-day planning. This is for trips that need thoughtful orchestration: connecting flights, multiple hotels, private transfers, curated activities, and in-country support.

What’s Included:

  • Complimentary discovery call (up to 30 minutes)

  • 1 custom proposal + up to 2 revisions

  • Live proposal review session where we walk through everything together

  • Complete day-by-day itinerary with accommodations, flights, transfers, tours, and activities

  • Full reservation management for all booked components

  • Coordination with in-country partners for on-the-ground support

  • Pre-travel preparation guide and destination briefing

  • Pre-departure consultation call

  • Personalized digital itinerary app with all confirmations

  • 24/7 emergency WhatsApp support during your trip

Starting at $100 per household

For straightforward resort stays and hotel stays

Ideal for sun-and-sand getaways where you're staying in one place and prefer a more relaxed approach. These trips don't require extensive day-by-day planning—you'll figure out activities as you go, with maybe one or two pre-booked experiences if you'd like. Perfect for when you just want to unwind and go with the flow.

  • 1 curated proposal + up to 2 revisions

  • Recorded video proposal walkthrough

  • Research and booking of flight, hotel/resort, and transfers

  • Excursion bookings through our trusted partners (optional)

  • Pre-departure consultation call

  • Personalized digital itinerary app with all confirmations

Cruise
Planning fee waived

​

When a cruise is the primary focus of your trip

​

When you book an ocean or river cruise as the main component of your vacation, the planning fee is waived because I'm compensated directly by the cruise line. I'll handle your cruise reservation and can coordinate flights, pre- and post-cruise hotels, and transfers to create a seamless experience.

​

Note: For multi-destination trips that include a cruise as one component, the Signature planning fee applies.

  • Complimentary discovery call (up to 30 minutes)

  • Cruise consultation and proposal

  • 1 curated proposal + up to 2 revisions

  • Recorded video proposal walkthrough

  • Booking and management of your cruise reservation

  • Flight coordination (if needed, with applicable ticketing fees)

  • Pre- and post-cruise hotel and transfer bookings (if needed)

  • Excursion bookings through our trusted partners (optional)

  • Pre-travel preparation guide

  • Pre-departure consultation call

  • Personalized digital itinerary app with all confirmations

Booking Airfare

 

Rainbow Getaways can book airfare as part of your full travel package when combined with other services such as cruises, hotels, or tours. Airline bookings are available with select carriers and may include additional ticketing fees, which will be disclosed before purchase. Flight options will be included as part of your customized proposal to ensure your air arrangements align smoothly with your itinerary and travel needs.
