In this month’s edition of Travel Over the Rainbow, we head to the US Virgin Islands to explore the beautiful island of St. Croix.
St. Croix has long held the title of being one of the most LGBTQ-friendly islands in the Caribbean with a strong local community. Both resorts represent different types of vacations. Sand Castle is gay-owed and is the only adult-only experience with white sand beaches, watersport gear, on-site SCUBA lessons, on-site dining, and a clothing-optional pool.
Cottages by the Sea is a much more relaxed type of vacation with 27 unique cottages that are spread across two acres of beachfront property. Staying in a cottage is ideal for those looking to having all the comforts of home while being just feet from the ocean.
